M/S. Vimal Cement Pipe Industries needs no introduction in the area of Miraj, MIDC. The unit has been set-up under name £ Style as "VIMAL CEMENT PIPE INDUSTRIES'' and registered with Registrar of Firms Pune. The firm consists three partners namely [1] Babasaheb Shivagonda PatiL [2] Anil Babasaheb Patil [3] Atul Babasaheb Patil. The firm has commenced the production activities since May 2005. firm has not only achieved the projections but also exceeded the target every time. This was possible only because of hard work and huge contacts of the all the partners. Partners long experience in this line has contributed to the growth of the firm. Now the firm has full orders, the only constraint is the capacity. Considering the demand, expected growth in infrastructure like construction of roads, bridges, large housing projects etc. where the requirement for cement pipes & cement articles present, the partners have decided to under take the expansion programme. Partners feel that, if they have not increased the capacity of storing (pipe) capacity, space for storage of raw material like sand, stone metal etc. the firm would loose the orders of valued customers. Once the orders diverted, it would become difficult to restore the confidence of the customers. There fore partners have decided to undertake the expansion programme immediately,

In western Maharashtra, particularly in Sangli - Kolhapur, Solapur & Satara District, the key to economical and social progress is water harvesting, water conservation & irrigation projects. Due to sugar Factories in the area, sugarcane crops has been the main crop of every village. Sugar - Cane Crop has typical feature of it's own. The water feeding is required particular after every five days turn. As the number of sugar factories is also increasing substantially and as such efforts are being made in all levels, i.e. Government level, Sugar Factory level to install lift irrigation schemes to convert the not-irrigated lands to irrigated lands.

The form of organization is partnership firm. There are three partners in the firm. They do have excellent experience of their earlier units M/S. Everest Cement Pipe Industries and M/S. Vishwas Cement, Pipe Factory. One of the partner Shri. B. S. Patil is in this line since last 45 years and other partners are also in this line since last 10 years, there is no need to make mention of their abilities and capabilities. Their association in this unit is certainly be and asset. All of them have worked in many cement pipe manufacturing companies and also experienced the management skills. Shri. B. S. Patil's experience in the field of account, taxation/ sales and production would indeed assure success of this unit.

Shri. Anil B. Patil B. Com (Hons) MBA has experience of finance, marketing etc. through M/S, Evereshine construction company as a partner which is engaged in excavation, laying & Joining of RCC pipes since last 10 years.
